Notice provided pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation 679/2016. Marketing
The following notice is provided pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter also Regulation); according to the above mentioned law, in order to protect your privacy and your rights any processing of data will be governed by the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency.
Klopman International S.r.l. with headquarters in Via Armando Vona n. 34 03100 Frosinone, the Data controller, hereby informs you that it may process your personal data to provide you with information or for marketing purposes. Said activities may be carried out by using the data provided by you (email address, telephone number, sms). The provision of data is optional and, if permission is not provided, we will not be able to provide you with information or carry out marketing activities. The legal basis for the processing is the express consent of the interested party.
The data required to carry out promotional activities will be kept for 24 months. The data, which will not be disclosed, may be shared with third parties who, on behalf of Klopman International, carry out the activities referred to the above mentioned purposes, including mailing companies and to people who has the right to access the data under legal provisions and/or secondary legislation.
Finally, we would like to inform you that you can exercise the rights covered by the Regulation by writing to privacy@klopman.com. You can, therefore, ask to be informed about the origin of the data as well as the logic and purpose of the data processing; to obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of any data processed in breach of the law, as well as for data to be updated, corrected or modified; you may, for legitimate reasons, object to the data processing.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of any processing carried out with the consent given by you prior to the withdrawal. You are guaranteed the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint.
