New Website for Wear Circular

We are thrilled to announce the official launch of the new Wear Circular website – a dedicated platform presenting our circular textile solution and service offered.

This initiative is a significant step forward in our ongoing commitment to sustainability and circularity within the textile sector. The new website is a digital space to explore our vision, technical developments, and the comprehensive services we offer.

Wear Circular is the result of the expertise and innovation from Klopman, TDV Industries and 4F to create high-performance fabrics made from recycled fibres. By using polyester-cotton fibres derived from post-consumer recycled garments, the project gives textiles a second life, fully closing the loop. Our fabrics are used to create new workwear garments (with no downcycling).

How Circular Fabric is made?

The Wear Circular process is truly a circular and closed-loop system, ensuring every stage of the transformation is managed with precision and quality assurance. The main stages of the process in brief are:

  • Client Feedstock Collection: We offer a complete solution for the collection of post-consumer garments from the customer
  • Sorting, if required, white and coloured textile
  • Recycling: Our network of partners processes the garments to extract high-quality fibres suitable for new textile applications.
  • Spinning, Weaving, and Finishing: The fibres are spun into yarns, woven, and finished into premium-quality fabrics — ideal for manufacturing new garments.

The result is a first-quality fibre, with good durability and performance characteristics, making it suitable for new workwear garments and beyond.

End-to-End Circular Textile Solution for companies

What distinguishes Wear Circular is the full service we provide. From initial garment collection to final fabric delivery, we guarantee a solution along the entire value chain:

  • Organised logistics
  • Sorting of white and coloured garments
  • Mechanical Recycling process for the fibre
  • Yarn spinning
  • Fabric weaving and finishing
  • New high-quality circular fabric

This solution ensures efficiency, reliability, and traceability, allowing customers to meet their sustainability objectives. Tracing is also available by international standards like GRS and RCS certifications.

Moreover, through LCA, we ensure that our circular fabrics are not only innovative but also environmentally responsible, reinforcing our dedication to a sustainable future.

The Lifecycle Assessment is a comprehensive, science-based methodology that evaluates a product’s environmental footprint across its entire life cycle—from raw material extraction to production, usage, and end-of-life disposal.

Assessing the environmental impact of our circular fabrics through LCA, we gain critical insights into key environmental indicators such as greenhouse gas emissions, water consumption, and energy usage.

This transparent, data-driven approach helps us improve our processes, optimize resource efficiency, and make informed decisions that enhance the sustainability of our products while building trust with our customers and stakeholders.
